Bigger Chamber

The Puffco Peak Pro features a 40% larger chamber than the original Puffco Peak vaporizer. Its larger chamber, combined with a quick 30 second heat-up time, allows for more material and more potent clouds.

You'll love the oculus carb cap that allows you to see your concentrate as you take a hit. As an added bonus, it features a directional air path to further improve airflow efficiency. Losing your carb cap is common with the original Peak, but the Puffco Peak Pro's new design keeps your carb cap safe and in place.

Precise Temperature Control

Embedded in the Puffco Peak Pro chamber is a sensor that automatically adjusts your temperature during use. This means you get consistent flavor and vapor no matter how much material you add or how quickly you inhale.

4 preset temperatures are available to choose from when using the device, but the Puffco Peak Pro app offers full temperature control from 450°F to 620°F.

Puffco Peak Pro App

Vaporizer apps aren't new, but they offer a lot more control over your device and the experience you have. The Puffco Peak Pro app isn't required, but you'll definitely enjoy the enhanced experience and control it provides.

Once you open the app, you get a full picture of your Puffco Peak Pro with stats like bowl temperature, total dabs, and daily dab amounts.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible from our warehouses in the US and Canada - however, we are not Amazon. We value the staff fulfilling orders from our warehouses and do not prioritize business over our people. As a result, you shouldn't expect same or next-day delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for most non vaporizer products. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout if your order is eligible. Some products are not eligible for free shipping due to state regulations. Vaporizers may require signature upon delivery.

How long until my order ships?

Orders are shipped in 3 days or less, but please bear with us as you may experience slight delays with your order due to the pandemic and subsequent effects.

Is your packaging discreet?

For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked, standard boxes with no mention of what is inside of the package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days.

USPS delivery confirmation may not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office.

If you experience any delivery issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Defective Item?

If your item is defective, contact us with your order number and details regarding the defect within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.

We'll contact you within 24 hours to troubleshoot and correct the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Delivered?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and the photo of the damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

We'll contact you within 24-48 hours to correct the issue.

Order Cancellation

To aid in speed of delivery, our warehouse cannot accept order cancellations following payment. 

If you absolutely must cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation.

We will do our best to accommodate you.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order.

Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders.

We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Returns & Refunds

*Sale Items: All sale items are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges. This includes items that are purchased with a coupon code at the time of checkout.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Any/all items purchased from Dank Riot must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 15 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by filling out a return request form here - 
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-60% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

Dank Riot reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

You must have an authorized RA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada.


Products are not eligible for return or exchange after fifteen (15) days.

Order Cancellation

99% of orders are shipped within 3 business days. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
